Food Deliveries in Voltline — Order Taking, Navigation and Payouts

How Voltline's delivery system works: accepting orders on the in-game phone, navigating to customers, managing battery on runs and cashing out.

“Ride electric scooters, make food deliveries” — half the official Voltline description is this job. Deliveries are how every scooter and every part gets paid for. Here is how the system works.

How do I accept a delivery?

Through the in-game phone. The official description lists four phone functions — deliveries, navigation, shopping and garage — and deliveries is the app that starts your income: open it, take an order, and the job is live. Full phone mechanics are in the phone and garage guide.

How does navigation work?

The phone’s navigation app points you to your customer. Early advice that always holds:

  • Learn the map’s shape. Shortcuts beat GPS-perfect routes once you know the streets.
  • Chain orders along one direction rather than zig-zagging; money-making tips shows the geometry.
  • Check the battery meter before accepting far orders. A long run on a low charge risks the delivery and the shift — the battery guide covers the numbers.

What affects my payout?

Delivery pay in Voltline follows the logic every delivery sim uses — farther and harder orders pay more — but the exact formula is an Early Testing value that can change with updates. What you control permanently is runs per hour: order selection, route knowledge and a scooter whose battery and motor keep pace with your ambitions.

What happens if my battery dies mid-run?

You stop earning until you charge. Charge at your garage between orders rather than pushing the meter to zero — and once you own two scooters, keep the spare charged and swap instead of waiting. The scooter comparison explains the two-scooter garage.

Is there anything besides deliveries to earn from?

As of Early Testing, the official page confirms deliveries as the income loop — no codes, no events, no side games. Every purchase in Voltline traces back to food runs, which is why efficiency compounds so hard: a better scooter literally buys back its own price in faster shifts.
